WIRE MARKERS TYPE MZ-T
DESCRIPTION :
Wire Markers Type MZ-T are made of self-extinguishing crosslinked polyethylene. Wire Markers Type MZ-T may be applied diectly to the bare conductor or to an insulated wire. Having a larger internal diameter Wire Markers Type MZ-T may be applied over terminals, connectors etc. Durable imprint guarantees longevity and good abrasion resistance. Wire Markers Type MZ-T are printed to customer specifications using one or multiple characters in one or two lines using a combination of uppercase letters, numbers and/or symbols.
MATERIAL : XLPE (crosslinked polyethylene).
COLOUR : Markers -white, yellow, blue, red
or green. Custom colours available upon request.
Imprint - black or custom upon request.
APPLICATIONS : Wire, cable, fibreoptic and
telecommunication cable marking. Pneumatic and/or hydraulic
line marking. Ideal for computer, telecommunication and cable
TV applications. May be applied over terminals and connectors
before heat shrinking and shrunk in place. Recommended for halogen
free wire and cable applications.
THERMAL PROPERTIES : Temperature range - continuous
-30oC up to +80oC
FLAMMABILITY : Low smoking, self-extinguishing
- UL 224 (FMVSS 302)
TESTS AND CERTIFICATION : Same as heat shrink
tubing. Meets the requirements of the European Directive 2015/863/EU (RoHS3) dated March 31, 2015 restricting the use of some substances within electrical and electronic equipment. Meets DEF STAN 59-97,
3rd edition, type 8.
